Green Smoothie Bowl

Your go-to green smoothie bowl, made with our new Kiwifruit, Pineapple & Spirulina Smoothie Base and topped with the most delicious toppings!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Frozen mango
- 1/4 of Avocado
- 1 cup Almond milk
- Or 1 cup Coconut milk
- 50 ml Barker's Kiwifruit & Pineapple with Spirulina Smoothie Base
- 1 handful Baby spinach
- 2 tsp Honey
Optional toppings
- Granola
- Chia seeds
- Coconut Flakes
- finely sliced Kiwifruit
Method
- Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl. Arrange toppings on the smoothie (try decorating one side and leaving the smoothie to show through on the other side!). Serve immediately.
Tips
- If you like an extra-cold smoothie, add a couple of ice cubes before blending
- Recipe is easily doubled to serve two people.
