Fiery Fish Tacos

Turn up the heat with our Pineapple & Habanero Taco Relish for Fiery Fish Tacos.

Ingredients

  • 400 g Pre-crumbed or battered fish pieces
  • 8 Small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Petite cos lettuce, shredded
  • 420 g Whole corn kernels, well drained
  • 1/2 cup Pickled red onion
  • 5 Tbsp Barker’s Pineapple & Habanero Relish
  • 1 Large handful Fresh coriander

Method

  1. Cook fish according to instructions on packet.
  2. Carefully char tortillas over a gas stove or in a really hot frying pan.
  3. Spread tortillas with sour cream and top with lettuce, corn and pickled red onion. Add fish and dollop relish on top. Garnish with coriander, if desired.

Notes

  1. You can use fresh corn or frozen corn kernels (defrosted), if preferred.
