Bacon, Brie & Chilli Jam Toastie

Method
- Pan fry bacon until it starts to turn golden and crisp. Add 1 Tbsp Barker’s Chilli Jam Relish and cook for a further minute, until slightly caramelised.
- Spread the outside of each slice of bread with butter and the inside with remaining Barker’s Chilli Jam Relish. Top one of the slices of bread with Swiss cheese, bacon and brie. Sandwich together with the second slice of bread.
- Pan fry, air fry or cook in a toasted sandwich maker until bread is golden and cheese has melted. Slice in half, top with fresh basil and serve.
Notes
- Sliced brioche loaf is a great alternative to sourdough for this toastie.
