Ingredients

  • 1 Turkish or ciabatta loaf
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Rocket
  • 6 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 4 slices Brie
  • 4 slices Salami
  • 4 slices Shaved ham
  • 6 slices Mini gherkins
  • 3 Tbsp Barker's Nectarine & Chipotle Sammie Relish

Method

  1. Slice bread in half horizontally and butter.
  2. Spread bottom half with mayonnaise and top with remaining ingredients, finishing with dollops of Barker's Nectarine & Chipotle Sammie Relish.
  3. Add the top half of the loaf and slice into individual sandwiches.
