Deli-style Sandwiches

Slice it up and share around. Layered up with rocket, swiss cheese, creamy brie, salami, ham, and a smoky kick of Barker’s Nectarine & Chipotle Relish.
Ingredients
- 1 Turkish or ciabatta loaf
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 cups Rocket
- 6 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 4 slices Brie
- 4 slices Salami
- 4 slices Shaved ham
- 6 slices Mini gherkins
- 3 Tbsp Barker's Nectarine & Chipotle Sammie Relish
Method
- Slice bread in half horizontally and butter.
- Spread bottom half with mayonnaise and top with remaining ingredients, finishing with dollops of Barker's Nectarine & Chipotle Sammie Relish.
- Add the top half of the loaf and slice into individual sandwiches.
