This Strawberry Matcha Latte is the perfect blend of fruity sweetness and earthy matcha vibes. Refreshing, creamy and perfect for the 'gram!

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Barker's Strawberry Squeezy Fruit Preserve
- 1 tsp Matcha green tea powder
- 2 Tbsp Hot water
- 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy, as per your preference)
- Ice cubes
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)
Method
- In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of hot water over the matcha powder.
- Use a bamboo whisk or a regular whisk to blend until the matcha is smooth and there are no lumps.
- Heat 1 cup of milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it's hot but not boiling. Alternatively, you can microwave the milk for about 1-2 minutes until hot.
- Froth the milk using a milk frother or whisk to create a creamy, foamy texture.
- Assemble the latte. If you prefer an iced latte, fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Squeeze Barker’s Strawberry Squeezy Fruit Preserve into the bottom of the glass.
- Slowly pour the frothed milk over the strawberry preserve.
- Gently pour the prepared matcha over the milk, allowing it to create a layered look. You can pour it slowly over the back of a spoon to help achieve this effect.
- Give the latte a gentle stir before drinking to mix the flavours.
