At Barker’s, we love to bring you big flavour! This February, we’re spicing things up by launching a NEW range of four Squeezy Relishes.

Compact, convenient, and mess-free in a recyclable PET plastic bottle, our Barker’s Squeezy Relishes are chunky in texture, using real ingredients.

At home, in the picnic basket or for the BBQ, our Squeezy Relish has you covered!

Meet the flavours

We’re packing big flavour into a little squeeze with these flavours:

• Smoky Onion with Jalapeño: squeeze on omelettes, add to stir-fry and relish a steak sammie.
• Korean Barbecue with Gochujang: stir through noodles, squeeze on bao buns, or dollop on fried chicken.
• Mexican Salsa: top off fish tacos, smother nachos, and relish your burritos.
• Chilli Jam: dollop on pizza, spread on avocado toast, or squeeze on roasted veges.

All four flavours have a medium heat level, enough to warm things up, but not too hot to handle.

How to use them

Squeezy Relishes are easy to use. Remove the cap, tear off the tamper seal and unleash the flavour.

As they have no added preservatives, make sure you keep them in the fridge once opened and use within four weeks.

When you’ve squeezed out the last drop, we encourage you to rinse and recycle your bottle in kerbside recycling.

Our Squeezy Relish range is available at Barkers.co.nz, Barker’s Foodstore & Eateries in Geraldine and Ponsonby. They’re coming soon to supermarkets across Aotearoa, so keep an eye out for your new squeeze at your local store.
