We’re calling it: 2026 is the summer of Slushies.

Long, hot evenings. Backyard BBQs. Friends and whānau gathered on the deck. Whatever summer looks like in your corner of Aotearoa, we’ve got a delicious new way to keep cool.

Introducing Barker's NEW Slushie Mixers. Four flavour-packed blends made for icy, refreshing drinks that taste like summer in a glass.

Each one is bursting with bright, real-fruit flavour: Lychee & Pear, Pineapple & Coconut, Strawberry Citrus, and Watermelon, Chilli & Lime

Creating your own frozen treat couldn't be simpler.
- Add one 500ml bottle of Barker’s Slushie Mixer to your slushy machine with 1L of water and let it slush!
- Mix 1 part Slushie Mixer with 2 parts water and ice and blend in your blender
- Mix 1 part Slushie Mixer with 2 parts still or fizzy water and serve over ice for a tasty summer drink.

Our Slushie Mixers are proudly gluten free, vegan, contain no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives, and are made right here in Aotearoa New Zealand.
