Mexican Three Layer Dip

This Mexican Three-Layer Dip brings creamy, zesty and fresh together in one irresistible bowl. Perfect for dipping, sharing, and disappearing at any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 Red onion, finely diced
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Garlic
- 185 grams Sour cream
- 25 grams Onion soup mix
- 3/4 tsp Cumin, ground
- 125 grams Barker’s Mexican Salsa Relish
- Fresh coriander, to garnish
- Corn chips, to serve
Method
- Mash the avocado, onion, lime juice and garlic together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into the base of a serving bowl (roughly 400ml capacity).
- Mix sour cream, soup mix and cumin together until well combined. Spread over the avocado layer.
- Top with Barker’s Mexican Salsa Relish and garnish with coriander if desired. Serve with corn chips for dipping.
Tips
- Serve in a clear glass bowl to show off the layers.
- Can be made in advance and refrigerated for a few hours before serving.
