These Smokey Pork Ribs take time to cook - but it's worth every minute!

Ingredients

  • Potato salad
  • Coleslaw

Method

  1. Place pork ribs in an oven-safe dish. Pour Barker’s Smokey BBQ Marinade on the ribs and use a spoon or your hands to coat all over, saving some marinade for basting. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour (or even better, overnight).
  2. Preheat oven to 180ºC bake. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 2 hours, until tender. Set oven to grill. Remove foil, baste ribs with extra marinade and grill for a couple of minutes, until slightly caramelised on top.
  3. Delicious served with potato salad and coleslaw!

Tips

  1. You can barbecue the ribs if preferred. Cook over medium heat, basting regularly, until tender.
