These Smokey Pork Ribs take time to cook - but it's worth every minute!

Method
- Place pork ribs in an oven-safe dish. Pour Barker’s Smokey BBQ Marinade on the ribs and use a spoon or your hands to coat all over, saving some marinade for basting. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour (or even better, overnight).
- Preheat oven to 180ºC bake. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 2 hours, until tender. Set oven to grill. Remove foil, baste ribs with extra marinade and grill for a couple of minutes, until slightly caramelised on top.
- Delicious served with potato salad and coleslaw!
Tips
- You can barbecue the ribs if preferred. Cook over medium heat, basting regularly, until tender.
