Chicken & Veggie Skewers

Fire up the BBQ and get ready to enjoy the perfect balance of sweet and savoury in every bite, with these skewers marinated in our Honey Soy Marinade.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 Brown onion
  • 1 Red capsicum
  • Barker's Honey Soy Marinade
  • 8 Kebab Skewers
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh parsley or coriander, to garnish

Method

  1. Dice chicken, onion and capsicum into 2-3cm pieces. Thread onto skewers, alternating chicken and veggies. Brush generously with Barker’s Honey Soy Marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Barbecue or pan fry on medium heat, adding oil as needed, until cooked through. Baste with extra Barker’s Honey Soy Marinade during cooking.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped parsley or coriander to serve.
