Honey Soy Tofu Bowls

Ingredients
Tofu
- 300 g Firm tofu
- Barker's Honey Soy Marinade
- 2 Tbsp Peanut oil
Suggested serving ingredients
- Brown rice
- Shredded lettuce or cabbage
- Edamame beans, shelled and cooked
- Cucumber
- Spring onion
- Lime wedges
- Fresh sliced red chilli
- Sesame seeds
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Press tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Dice into 1-2cm cubes and place in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add Barker’s Honey Soy Marinade to generously coat and toss gently to combine.
- Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan on medium high. Fry tofu cubes, turning occasionally and basting with extra marinade as needed, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Build your bowl using the suggested serving ingredients (or any other ingredients of your choice) and the honey soy tofu.
