Ingredients

Tofu

Suggested serving ingredients

  • Brown rice
  • Shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • Edamame beans, shelled and cooked
  • Cucumber
  • Spring onion
  • Lime wedges
  • Fresh sliced red chilli
  • Sesame seeds
  • Kewpie mayonnaise

Method

  1. Press tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Dice into 1-2cm cubes and place in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add Barker’s Honey Soy Marinade to generously coat and toss gently to combine.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan on medium high. Fry tofu cubes, turning occasionally and basting with extra marinade as needed, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  3. Build your bowl using the suggested serving ingredients (or any other ingredients of your choice) and the honey soy tofu.
