Ingredients
- 30 ml Barker’s Pink Grapefruit & Lemon Premium Mixer Soda Syrup
- 60 ml Ecology & Co Asian Spice
- to serve Sparkling Water
- Ice
- to garnish Pomegranate
- to garnish Grapefruit
Method
- Pour Pink Grapefruit & Lemon Premium Mixer Soda Syrup, sparkling water and Ecology & Co Asian Spice (alcohol-free distilled spirit) over ice.
- Drop in a spoonful of pomegranate arils and a ribbon of grapefruit peel to garnish. Enjoy!
