Ingredients
- 30 ml London Dry Gin
- 30 ml Barker's Feijoa & Lime Fruit Tea Syrup
- 60 ml Granny Smith apple juice
- Soda water
Method
- Measure all ingredients except the soda into a shaker.
- Fill with ice, shake and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice and add soda, stir through.
- Garnish with fresh apple slices (or feijoa).
