Feijoa Spiked Spritz

Ingredients

  • 30 ml London Dry Gin
  • 30 ml Barker's Feijoa & Lime Fruit Tea Syrup
  • 60 ml Granny Smith apple juice
  • Soda water

Method

  1. Measure all ingredients except the soda into a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice, shake and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice and add soda, stir through.
  3. Garnish with fresh apple slices (or feijoa).
