Ingredients
- 30 ml Barker’s Lemon, Lime, Cucumber & Mint Premium Mixer Soda Syrup
- Soda water
- 90 ml Ecology & Co London Dry
- Ice
- to garnish Cucumber
- to garnish Grapefruit
- to garnish Edible flowers
Method
- Pour 30ml Lemon, Lime, Cucumber & Mint Premium Mixer, Soda water and Ecology & Co London Dry (alcohol-free distilled spirit) into a tumbler of ice.
- Add a ribbon of cucumber, a twist of grapefruit peel and edible flowers to garnish. Enjoy!
