Gingerbread Caramel Milkshake

Slurp up nostalgic gingerbread caramel flavour in this smooth, scrumptious milkshake.

Method

  1. Place ice cream, Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread, milk and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or decorate as per instructions below.

To decorate

  1. Whip cream with 1 tablespoon Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread until soft peaks form.
  2. Spread the rims of 2 tall glasses with Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread, then roll in the crushed biscuits to coat. Smear Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread around the inside of the glasses.
  3. Pour milkshake into glasses, then pipe or spoon whipped cream on top. Decorate with Easter eggs, lollies and wafer sticks or biscuit halves, if desired. Finish with a small dollop of Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread.
