Gingerbread Caramel Milkshake

Slurp up nostalgic gingerbread caramel flavour in this smooth, scrumptious milkshake.
Ingredients
Milkshake
- 200 g Caramel (or salted caramel) ice cream
- 2 Tbsp Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Ice cubes
To decorate
- 125 ml cream
- 4 Tbsp Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread
- 3 Spiced biscuits, crushed
- Easter eggs and/or caramel lollies
- Wafer sticks or halved spiced biscuits
Method
- Place ice cream, Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread, milk and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or decorate as per instructions below.
To decorate
- Whip cream with 1 tablespoon Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread until soft peaks form.
- Spread the rims of 2 tall glasses with Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread, then roll in the crushed biscuits to coat. Smear Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread around the inside of the glasses.
- Pour milkshake into glasses, then pipe or spoon whipped cream on top. Decorate with Easter eggs, lollies and wafer sticks or biscuit halves, if desired. Finish with a small dollop of Barker’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread.
