Crunchy Salad Topper

Toss your favourite blend of seeds, nuts or oats in any vinaigrette or lighter style dressing and bake to make a delicious salad sprinkle. Be sure to watch the oven as it can burn easily!

Easy Skewers

Dice chicken, lamb or beef and thread onto skewers. Marinade in your favourite vinaigrette or lighter style dressing, then grill. Drizzle again after cooking for an extra flavour punch. Also perfect with vegetable skewers. Try a cube of haloumi between your favourite veges.
